A man has been arrested after exposing himself and urinating in public while intoxicated at a Shell gas station in Antioch early Sunday morning, according to a Metro Police affidavit.
Jose Zambrano, 22, has been charged with indecent exposure, driving under the influence, driving without a license, an open container violation and refusing to sign an implied consent form.
Police spotted Zambrano pulling into the gas station parking lot before urinating with his genitals exposed in public, the affidavit stated.
The officer claimed he asked Zambrano “several times” to “please put away his genitals and come to the front of my patrol car.”
The affidavit stated that Zambrano could “hardly walk” and “had glassy watery bloodshot eyes, smelled heavily of the odor of the beverage of alcohol and had slurred speech.”
Zambrano had also urinated all over himself and the front of his pants.
Police noticed that Zambrano had an open 32 ounce container of Miller High Life in his cup holder that was half full.
Zambrano is currently being held in Metro Jail on a $3,600 bond.
