Police ask for help solving cold case homicide in SE Portland, $2,500 reward offered

PORTLAND, Ore. – It’s been seven years since a man was shot and killed in Southeast Portland, and Portland Police are asking for the public’s help in cracking the cold case.

In the early morning hours of February 19, 2012, officers say they found 30-year-old Robert Green shot outside of Grand Central Bowling on Southeast Morrison Street.

Medical staff arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.

Officials said he was an employee at Grand Central Restaurant and Bowling.

Investigators said there were several witnesses outside at the time of the shooting, however, no one has stepped forward.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering a cash reward of up to $2,500 for information that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime, like this one.
